A Hemp milk recipe using Hulled Hemp Seeds , vanilla and
coconut sugar (You could use honey) Super healthy and made
in two short minutes. Highly nutritious and so easy to prepare,
and a wonderful start to any day.
- 100g (1/2 cup) shelled hemp seeds
- 500ml (2 cups) spring water (Or Coconut water)
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar (Or Honey)
Add all ingredients to a jug for blending (High speed blender is best)
Blend for 1-2 minute or until everything is combined
Place the hemp milk into a large jar or bottle.
Place it into the fridge to chill before serving (it tastes best chilled).
Note: You may have some sediment settling from the hemp seeds. This is all super healthy.
