Hemp & Lemon Hummus by Kind Earth Kitchen. A refreshing summer-y twist for snacking or adding to the weekend nibbles plate.
Ingredients
- 250g cooked chickpeas
- 75g hulled hemp seeds
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- ¼ tsp lemon rind
- 6 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp hemp oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground coriander

Method
1. Crush garlic.
2. Juice lemon and finely grate the rind.
3. Blend all ingredients together until creamy smooth.
