Hempesto! Doesn’t that just sound magic!!
Ingredients
- 120g hulled Vitahemp hemp seeds
- 60g olive oil (or add a small percentage of Vitahemp hemp oil)
- 40g basil leaves
- 40g baby spinach
- 20g lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste

Method
Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula if necessary.
