Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Nut Milk
  • 1 cup of Kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 2-3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp Vitahemp Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 large banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ Avocado
  • Ice (If you like it ice cold)
