This Herbed Hemp Seed Dip & Dressing by Meghan Livingstone is versatile and super easy to make. Not just a dip… It can also be used as a salad dressing or spread!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Vitahemp hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp grainy (old fashioned) or Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 clove garlic (optional)
- pinch sea salt and black pepper

Method
- Measure all ingredients and add to blender.
- Blend on high until creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer to dish or small mason jar. Serve right away as dip, salad dressing, or spread. Or store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Note: the amounts may be small for some blenders. If this is the case, doubling the recipe can help.
